• Asset Overview

  The Kaia Unifi Core Yield Fund seeks to achieve relatively stable growth by investing primarily in secured loans and fixed-income instruments issued by financial institutions, including trade finance instruments and bank floating rate notes (FRNs). The Sub-Fund may invest globally, while maintaining a strategic focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

• Asset Details

  Core Assets: Focused on secured loans, trade finance instruments, bank FRNs, and other financial institution-linked fixed-income opportunities. 

   

  Flexible Allocation: The Manager may allocate across companies, SPVs, funds, equities, and other asset classes using a top-down research approach combined with bottom-up fundamental analysis. 

   

  Liquidity & Defensive Sleeve: The Sub-Fund may maintain cash positions or invest in high-quality money market instruments, such as certificates of deposit and commercial paper, for liquidity management, yield enhancement, or temporary defensive positioning.
